Eileen- Owner

Plain and simply put, Eileen Rivard is a romantic. She bought the Villa de Amore Estate over 20 years ago with a dream, and after 25 years of working in corporate America, Eileen’s dream has become a reality.

In 2002 Eileen began construction in Temecula on what is now one of Southern California’s premier wedding venues. Eileen’s design and vision was based on a Mediterranean Architecture and over 20 years of researching wedding venues. When you first arrive at the estate you are not only overwhelmed with its beauty, but with the graciousness of owner Eileen Rivard. Eileen comes from a family of 12, and as taught by her parents, whom have been married for over 65 years, she opens her heart and home to you in a way that can only be described as “family”. In fact, Villa de Amore is a family run business in which Eileen is personally involved with each and every wedding.

Villa de Amore has given me a life I have always dreamed of; a life full of happiness, where i get to surround myself everyday with people I love, and a job that I am passionate about and would never call "work". Eileen took me on to her team while I was still in college and through this job and her generosity made it possible for me to complete my education and support myself. I feel blessed to have joined Villa de Amore as a full time employee since finishing school. I LOVE coming to work every day and consider my fellow employees family. The way we all come together as a team and the passion behind every employee makes me want to work hard and make every wedding be the best it can be! Working here has iimparted a method of hard work, fighting for what you believe in, and doing everything 110%. There is no dollar amount that can be placed on the lessons and opportunities I have received while being on staff at the Villa.

Sometimes in life you take a step back and realize just how blessed you are, for me it is a daily occurrence. Villa De Amore is not only a place where i go to work every day, but a sanctuary I come home to to be with friends, see family, and experience the essence of true love. I am constantly inspired by those around me, and grateful to be able to be a part of something so beautiful. And remember, not only do we make wedding day dreams come true at Villa De Amore, but we also make babies, just look at my little girl!

Bill and Renee- Catering

It is a great feeling to go to work, love what you do and be surrounded with a beautiful location, staff and guests. We have been married for 25 years and have owned and worked in the restaurant industry for most of it. Six years ago we were introduced to Eileen and given the opportunity to cater a wedding. We have always done catering but not to the full extent of providing our service from the beginning to the end of a wedding. From that day on we knew it was what we were meant for. We take great pride in making sure you receive the best service and quality of food that you will remember forever.

Working with Eileen and her team at the Villa has been such a blessing. It has been wonderful for me personally to look forward to going to work, knowing that I will be with a group of people that I enjoy spending time with. Everyone on the Villa team knows their job, and they desire to make everyone's day special. Before coming to the Villa I was a burnt out DJ working every weekend all over the place. I love coming to work knowing what to expect, it makes me happier, I get more time with my family and I have been introduced to a whole new group of people I now call family. I have never before had the privilege of working in an enviroment where every team member, from the owner to the parkin lot attendant, is so dedicated to our vision and to each other. When I was just starting my business in 2004 ago Eileen took a chance on me and it's been great ever since. During a recession, having the opportunity to continue with Eileen and be included in the Villa's package has been a saving grace for my business and my family. I was able to keep my head above water and keep the doors of my business open. Also, Eileen has always been a great support through all the emotional ups and downs in life. A big thank you goes out to Renee, Dave, and Lauren too for making it so easy to do my job because they have everything so under control and running smooth.

Villa de Amore – One of the most beautiful and romantic venues, we have ever photographed. This pristine estate makes every wedding a dream wedding. The staff is like a family and they make every bride and groom feel like a part of their family, as well.

We know this to be true; because we chose Villa de Amore for our own daughter’s wedding over 3 years ago. The first time we met Eileen, she was so warm and friendly that we felt a bond that has lasted for over 4 years. We felt honored, that when she found out we were wedding photographers and had been photographing weddings since 2003, she asked us to be a part of their team.

Photographing weddings are our passion and Villa de Amore allows us to help fulfill our passion while working with the best. We strive for excellence in all that we do and so does the Villa de Amore team.

We had the pleasure of first meeting Miss Lauren at the University of La Verne through
the photography department. Through the love of photography and similar cheerful
personalities, we all became close friends very quickly. Lauren introduced us to Eileen,
confident in our abilities as photographers who in turn welcomed us immediately into
the Villa de Amore staff. But not only did Eileen welcome us as staff, she also opened
her heart and welcomed us as family. There is definitely something special here at the
Villa, aside from the gorgeous settings and landscapes. Working here is absolutely a
photographer’s paradise and there is nowhere else we would rather photograph. This
opportunity Eileen has given us has provided us with a shot at pursuing our passion of
photography, and for that we are eternally grateful.

Eileen made such an impression on us when we attended our first wedding there in 2006 that when we were asked to be one of the floral vendors we knew our prayers had been answered! Working with Eileen, David and Lauren is a dream come true and every time we deliver wedding flowers we are greeted with such enthusiasm by all the staff and vendors... it's like coming home to family every weekend! Being a part of the Villa de Amore allows us to work out of our homes and to be available to our own family and thus we are very thankful and blessed for this opportunity. We consider it an honor and privilege to meet with each bride (& groom) and pass on our joy and excitment as we know they will have the wedding they have always dreamed about.

Since that first wedding I've been blessed to work with Eileen and her staff, providing flowers for many others on their special day. For my family, the consistent income coming into out home has meant less stress for us financially. With one daughter in college, another who will soon start, and a backyard to fix up, this job has truly been a gift to our family.
