TEMECULAWedding Reception

The Temecula Valley Is the Perfect Wedding and Event Destination in Southern California

The Temecula Valley is an amazing location for many reasons. When you drive into it, from either the north or south on the 15 FWY, the Valley spreads out before you like no other area in Southern California.

The Temecula Valley is surrounded by mountains and hills which keep skies clear of the smog and haze so common in the communities north of it (views from the Villa de Amore grounds are spectacular). Over the mountains to the east of the Temecula Valley, the desert communities swealter with summer night time tempuratures near 100 degrees. In the Temecula Valley, the cool Pacific breeze tempures the August heat allowing for warm and enjoyable summer evenings.

Temecula is famous for its Wine Country and currently there are over 40 Wineries spread over its 35,000 beautiful acres of rolling hills and vineyards. There are many tours available and your wedding party would enjoy a winetasting excursion... the day after your wedding of course! Wineries range from mom and pop to world class resort with spas and resturants. Many of the wineries offer live music and events throughout the year.

Temecula offers visitors an incredible array of activities year round. The Hot Air Balloon Festival, Jazz and Bluegrass Music Festivals, Hot Rod Runs, winter time outdoor Ice Skating in Old Town, and much more.

Temecula Old Town with it's old west ambiance, has numerous restaurants, antique dealers, shops, museums and hosts the weekly Temecula farmer's market. Every spring, Old Town draws thousands of visitors to its Western Days weekend for gun fights, skits, music and the chili cook off.

Temecula also has the Old Town Temecula Community Theatre which offers music, dance and drama productions of every size and variety featuring local as well as world renown talent.

Day trips to Temecula can be wonderful and with its proximity to all the Southern California communities you and your family could be enjoying Temecula in only about an easy hour's drive on the freeway. For an extended stay there are plenty of accomodations in the Temecula Valley with hotels, resorts, bed and breakfasts of all sizes and types for any budget.

Villa de Amore hosts numerous weddings and events and can provide you with all the information you need to plan yours. You and your guests are certain to enjoy all that the Villa and Temecula have to offer.
