Oh my gosh, I get teary eyed just thinking about my wedding at Villa de Amore. It was the wedding of my dreams, and I am extremely hard to impress. My husband and I must've gotten 100 compliments on the venue Saturday night and the high praises are still rolling in! Considering the breathtaking setting, highly competent staff, and all the included amenities the price is an absolute steal in Southern California! The planning process was smooth, too. The staff responded to every email within hours of me sending it! Their replies were always kind and thorough. I visited the venue three times before the wedding day, including my Design Day, and felt welcome every time. I really appreciated Villa de Amore's vendor flexibility, too. Although they have preferred vendors, they are flexible and allow you to bring in your own. Okay, I've gotta go. Villa de Amore is an amazing venue with an amazing staff. My wedding was on 10/16. Our guests were amazed. All night, they raved about the beauty of the place. When my husband and I first found it on the internet, I was hesitant to book there because of the drive from San Diego to Temecula. My husband made me make another appointment and when we went there, we both knew, right away, we wanted to get married there. Besides the beauty of the vineyards, the fountains, the twinkle lights, the beautiful roses, the trimmed grass, the chandelier, the beautiful and classy decorations, this is an all inclusive package. The caterer, Renee and her husband, are amazing chefs. We ordered two main entrees (chicken and the prime rib). We got nothing but compliments on the food. The chicken breasts were huge. I suggest that if you have two entrees like we did, go with the petite size chicken breasts. The prime rib was so tender, it melted in your mouth. The sides, the corn, the cheese potatoe, all the appetizers were a hit. The crab cakes were a big hit. The baker for the cake, Jennifer Duarte, is also an amazing baker. She is sooo talented. She made our cake three flavors and her design was amazing. Jennifer was so amazing. One night, she stayed up on the phone with me till 9 or 10 PM and helped me order the decorations for the cake. I cannot say enough about our florists, Jennifer and Sheila. They were like a mother and sister to me. They called me, even the night before the wedding, and did last minute things different vendors wouldn't do. They decorated my broom for free with leftover flowers and ribbons and it was soo beautiful, we have the broom hanging on our walls. They also shared beautiful damask table runners and the most beautiful table numbers. Their flowers were absolutely gorgeous. They put a broach on my bouquet and put little diamonds in the bridesmaids flowers. They treated my wedding as though it was the most important to them and did not make me feel as though I was just another customer. All of the vendors actually did. My photographers were Kelly and Rhiannon from K&R photography. When my husband first met them, we were sooo amazed at these cute, young girls. They are soo talented. They showed us their albums and we couldn't believe that they were the ones who did the photos. Throughout the night, they followed us everywhere and helped us with poses. They are energetic and have positive attitudes. They help the night run smoothly. John, out DJ, was amazing as well. I had a lot of family drama on my wedding day, and John was there to change songs and etc. the very last second.He personally came up to me and asked which songs to play at the last minute. He also made sure that my sister, who was also busy with other responsibilities, knew when to say her toast. My only suggestion is, when you work with John, be very specific and detailed about the songs you want him to play. He keeps the night going and flowing smoothly. Also, I really appreciated how him and all the other vendors worked well as a team. They effortlessly took care of our requests, even if it wasn't related to their role. Last but not least Lauren and David. Lauren and David treated me like a sister. They emailed back to all of my questions right away. They gave me very good suggestions and ideas. Close to the date of the wedding, I was dealing with a lot of family drama. I called David and he gave me really good advice. On my wedding day, the drama was still going on. Lauren was like a sister to me. She helped me through it and made everything all right with my family. She did things she didn't have to do, but did them because she truly wanted our day to be perfect. Oh and Ken, our officiant. He was amazing as well. He was the only person who was willing to do a Christian-Muslim ceremony. He wanted us to be comfortable and happy. He was very thorough with our traditional ceremonies and took the time to ask us questions so that he could inform our guests about them. I am so sad that our wedding is over :( I wish I could have another wedding at Villa de Amore. It is my dream if one of my girls decides to get married there so I can experience it all over again...Thank you villa de amore from the bottom of my heart for making our day magical and memorable. I am currently planning my wedding at Villa de Amore and Lauren and David (the coordinators that come with the facility) have been awesome! They return my emails in phone calls within minutes of sending them. I am planning my wedding from Las Vegas and this place has made it so easy to do so. The all-inclusive vendors have all been pleasant to work with and accommodating with me being out of state. I have honestly not stressed once since I found this wonderful place! Eileen and her staff at Villa de Amore are so much more than just a business. Getting married is not only one of the most amazing and important days of your lives but the preparation into creating that day is also very vital and supposed to be exciting and stress free. When i first drove up the gated road to the Villa, my mother-in-law and I knew that this place was special. It was the first venue i saw, of many, for my wedding to take place. We were greeted in a friendly and warm manner which made us feel very welcomed and at home. After we had a tour around Eileen's beautiful property, my heart melted. It had such a well kept, romantic, homely feel to it. Exactly what my husband and I were looking for. I thought to myself it was too good to be true and that the price for a Wedding here wouldn't fit our budget. This is where Eileen and her staff are unlike any other venue i had researched. You knew they were flexible and wanted to make sure your day was as special as you had always dreamt of. They were so very accommodating to our needs without any questions asked. Even though i know Eileen is a very busy woman, she would always get back to me with any concerns or questions i had within days. All of Eileen's staff on board were beyond impeccable. Renee and the catering staff served up a beautiful platter of food and allowed me to have the option of two main dishes, Carlos and his floral arrangement was stunning (even though you don't need too many flowers, as Eileen's garden is full of breathtaking roses). Carlos made it very easy to communicate via email, as we live in Las Vegas, to send me pictures of his arrangements, to see if it matched our needs and wants. Her photographer, Lauren, is a very talented lady and at such a young age still. I was extremely impressed with her skills and vision and am excited for Lauren and her long career ahead.
